We can provide structural survey reports for mortgage purposes, insurance claims or boundary disputes.

​Historic Subsidence

Report commenting on any structural movement that may have taken place at the property and its rear wing. This follows underpinning completed to the all the main house elevations of  the rear wing in 1997. A report was required by my clients to help them to obtain future buildings insurance. All directions within the report are given if as facing from the front of the property, porch and garage.​

 Specific Engineers Report

Report has been prepared specifically to address the concerns of the Homebuyers Report. It does not deal with the general condition of the building, decorations, services, damp, timber, rot or infestation etc, except where these matters are considered to be relevant to any structural damage.

Site Investigation

Report commenting on significant structural cracking that occurred at this property. This follows concerns expressed by previous structural engineers, Pibworth Associates during May 2004. My report follows site investigations completed at the property on 28th August 2012 comprising an internal and external trial pit and a drainage CCTV survey.

Engineers Report

A report prepared specifically in connection with any structural damage to the property. It does not deal with the general condition of the building, decorations, services, damp, timber, rot or infestation etc, except where these matters are considered to be relevant to any structural damage.
 

All directions are given as if facing the house from the front elevation and entrance door as if facing from the access lane via Windmill Road. 

Special Engineering Report

Report commenting on structural movement within the loft space, cracking and movement to the gable wall and general structural distortions to the building. This follows concerns expressed by the building survey report.
The report has been prepared specifically in connection with structural movement to this property relating
to the roof structure, gable wall and general distortions throughout the building. It does not deal with the
general condition of the building, decorations, services, damp, timber, rot or infestation etc, except where
these matters are considered to be relevant to any structural damage.
